    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CapitalSnapshot and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; however, you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

    7. Subscription and Payment

    • Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
    • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
    • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
    • Refunds are provided in accordance with EU consumer protection laws

    8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

    14. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of [Member State]. For EU consumers, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
